HOW TO PLAY YOUR RECORD

Step by step guide

  • Place the enclosed record mat on your manual turntable (removing any other record mats first) and then your record on top.

  • Set the turntable to 33 1/3 and drop the tone arm into the lead-in groove (wide groove visible at the outer rim of your record).

  • Once the song is finished, the needle will continue to move in the lead-out groove and is safe there until you lift the needle.

CLEANING YOUR RECORD

Gently wipe with the provided cleaning cloth or microfibers and soft vinyl brushes. Avoid firm brushes, cotton cloths, sponges, or chemical cleaners.

The grooves can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth, soft brush, or vinyl air blower. Avoid touching the grooves more than necessary.

The glass window on the display box can be cleaned with window cleaner. We recommend you spray cleaner on your cloth before wiping the glass to avoid cleaner going on the surrounding material and to ensure no cleaner comes in touch with the record. The mirofiber cleaning cloth that comes with your precious record should only be used on the record without any cleaners applied to it.

Glove can be used for placing and removing the precious record from your record player. We recommend gloves made from a microfibre material.

Since the record mat gets in touch with the record, it is best to keep it clean from dust. You can wash the record mat with water and dry it with a clean cloth.

Dust is the enemy of your needle, so it is advisable to reduce dust from your records--metal and vinyl alike.
