You may return Precious Records (gold or silver-coated records) or record accessories purchased from precioussound.com within 14 days of receiving your order.   

To start a return, please reach out to us at care@precioussound.com with your order number. A return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. We will verify your order and provide you with a shipping label to return your product.

Once initiated, use the pre-paid return shipping label provided and drop off as soon as possible. You will receive a refund (less a $10 return shipping fee) after the return is received and processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.  

Items sent more than 10 days after the return label is issued will incur a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any return post-dated more than 30 days after the product was delivered. 

Orders from Precious Sound come with complimentary standard shipping for orders over $200. Please expect 2-3 days of time for our team to fulfill your order, plus an additional 2-7 days for delivery once your order has shipped. You will recieve a shipment notification email once your order has been fulfilled and can track delivery from there.

Please note that some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis and ship on an extended timeline.
